Happy New Year!...sort of...
Gahhh, tons of stuff going on, out, up, down, and every which way.
I practiced driving today! It was cool, except for when my uncle told me not to panic, right before we pulled into the parking lot that I was going to practice in. Not exactly the most encouraging thing in the world to say. But I did quite well, and my uncle let me drive home. Yayness!
We had an official staff meeting at Blockbuster today, to discuss various things. Apparently we have a lot more thieving there than I was ever aware of, because last month (or last year, depending on how picky you are), someone broke into the cage containing the various game systems, and stole a PSP and something else. Which really sucks, because they were worth almost $300 altogether.
I have come up with fairly reasonable resolutions for the new year, ones that should be easy enough to keep (or at least, not impossible).
1) Lose at least 10 pounds.
2) Find a boyfriend. Hopefully a nice, sweet, happily insane one.
3) Keep from getting a haircut so that I will have freaking long Julia Chang hair. (My hair's already halfway down my back, so I'm pretty close.)
4) Practice Julia Chang's moves.
5) Study her pantsuit costume...details...things.
And on the subject of finding a boyfriend...I like someone. He used to work at Blockbuster, but he quit last week. So that would actually probably make things easier, since there probably would have been work conflicts of some sort. But he's nice, and sweet, and a smartass, and I'm just guessing but I think he might have the prerequisite of insanity. Any thoughts on what should be done?
Love y'all! (And I'm going to see if I can have my mother bring me by AB Tech on Tuesday, since I'm off that day. And if I can, I'll also go by Asheville High, since I haven't seen any of my peeps in so long!)
