My projects for the summer are all going well. I'm practising my knitting every day, I've read 4/30 books (so maybe I need to pick up the pace there lol), I'm going the gym regularly, I've transfered my CD's onto my MP3 player, and I've sorted out my wardrobe! So that just leaves, improving on guitar and sorting out my hoard of papers to start!
I've got my first hen do tomorrow. We're going for afternoon tea at a rather posh guest house which should be fun! The group is then having a pamper party and possibly going on to Liverpool, but I didn't really have the funds to do that, so its just tea for me. Really looking forward to it though! I wasn't sure if I'd even get invited to the person's wedding as I only know her because my supervisor from first year is her fiance, and here I am going to her hen do and wedding! I considered her a friend, but was never really sure how she felt about me, so I feel really accepted by her and all the other friends I've made because of that placement.
My friend from Canada arrives on Monday!!!! I can't believe how fast the time has gone!!!! I've created a leaflet for her and her friend so they can see all the North West has to offer so I don't have to remember all the choices to offer them of activities to do. I can't wait to see them. It'll be like being a tourist at home lol.
Also, meet the real life Warblers! This is an acapella group from Oxford that auditioned for Britains Got Talent. I can't embed the video, but here is a
link . Check them out! They gto through to the semi-finals but got knocked out by the public vote. However, the group seems to have been around a logn time anbd performs at many events, so its not all too bad for them.
I was going to post a meme as I didn't think I had much to say. I was clearly wrong lol.
