Can she compel this character?: she can try, I don't know how it will work.
What's my comfort level with this character and compulsion?: dude, Aradia is a sociopath in canon; there's very little that Katherine could do that Aradia would not do anyway.
Can she feed on this character's blood?: not at the moment, for all I know troll blood is acidic.
Can she manipulate this character's dreams?: I don't even know what god-tier characters dream of.
Can she cause this character bodily harm?: SURE IT JUST WON'T STICK.

Elliot Nightray
Can she compel this character?: YES. That said, Elliot will fight her pretty hard if he realises what is going on.
What's my comfort level with this character and compulsion?: It's subject to change but really, Elliot is fine for everything because there is nothing that Katherine could do to him that is worse than canon does.
Can she feed on this character's blood?: SURE BUT IT PROBABLY TASTES WEIRD? I DON'T KNOW \:D/

Can she compel this character?: Yes, to varying levels of success. Hope is strong-willed but not impossibly so.

Can she compel this character?: haha YES, he's already been compelled a few times, go for it.
What's my comfort level with this character and compulsion?: Julian, being a superhero character, will be able to throw off anything that he feels so strongly against; it's just a trope of the genre. So if a compulsion is laid that he absolutely cannot tolerate, he will overcome it. IT IS JUST HOW SUPERHERO COMICS WORK \:D/
