The
Vancouver International Film Festival (VIFF) is back! Like last year, I've decided to just buy tickets for movies that I want to see, at times that are convenient for me, and if people can join me, great! And if not, I'll just go alone and enjoy the movie.
Last year I ended up seeing 7 movies:
We Were ChildrenThe HuntBlackbirdOur ChildrenIf It's Not Now, Then When? When the Bough Breaks (Ugh, just awful.)
The Shining This year, I once again bought a five pack of tickets, but after selecting five movies and there being several more that I want to see, I bought a second pack of tickets, for a total of ten tickets. So far, I've used up seven tickets, so must see three more movies. There are, of course, more than three movies I am interested in seeing, but I think ten is enough!
If anyone is interested in joining me, the movies I am seeing are:
Miss Violence, Fri Sept 27, 9pm
H & G, Sat Sept 28, 6pm
Hue: A Matter of Colour, Sat Sept 28, 9pm
Tom at the Farm, Sun Sept 29, 1:40pm
That Burning Feeling, Sun Sept 29, 6:30pm
Big Bad Wolves, Sun Oct 6, 1:40pm
Hotell, Sun Oct 6, 9pm
