JFC!
Yesterday I had to go to the kiosk in the bookstore for my morning coffee. I would much rather have gone to the Starbucks in the SUB or the village, or the cafe in LSC, and only went out of absolute necessity. Big mistake--I should have just gone without coffee. Once again, the stupid bitch who can't tell the difference between a 12 oz mug and a 16 oz mug gave me attitude.
As usual, I asked for a tall coffee, and handed the woman my tall, reusable Starbucks cup. And once again, she significantly underfilled my cup. I asked her to add more coffee and she snapped, "This is a grande cup!" I told her, once again, that it was a tall, not a grande, and to fill it up! She very reluctantly did, and gave me so much fucking attitude!
I don't see what the hell her fucking problem is, and why she argues with me every single time! I am fed up, and I am going to make an official complain about the bitch. Not only is she extremely rude and incompetent (she can't tell the difference between a 12 oz and 16 oz cup!), but I am right, and she is wrong. I even have proof: as with all Starbucks travel mugs, on the bottom it clearly says "12 fl oz, 355 mL". Also, she already proved to herself that I had a 12 oz mug by pouring the coffee into a paper cup!
