Tonight I had a bitter sweet experience.... I decided to use the stationary bike for some exercise. My ankle can handle movement now just not much weight. Anyhow about 20 minutes in my tailbone started hurting from sitting on it. Are you kidding me? I have not felt my tailbone ( other than the 2 times I broke it) in more than 20 years!!! I forgot how much discomfort they can cause if you sit on them for too long..... Sooooo bitter sweet.
