Amazing...
This trip has been incredible...This by far has been the best thing that I have ever done...It makes me feel lucky to be an American and I am so much more appreciative of what I have. Budapest was gorgeous. Everyone spoke english and it is so full of history right on the Danube. Hungarians are not very friendly people but we still had an amazing time there. Romania is also beautiful and everyone is very friendly. We went and saw Aida last night for 1 dollar. The classes are so interesting and all the lectures are great. Everyone in the group gets along very well...no drama yet. I have been drunk twice...my first night in Budapest when I went out with Megan, Jack, Adam and Mike. I got sick but thank god for Megan because she took care of me. She says that she is proud of me..lol. The beer is fantastic here and very cheap. European beer is much better than American beer, by far. The food isn't too bad, there is pizza everywhere. Most people speak English so communication isn't too much of a problem. Romania is terrific. It is a very poor country but they try hard and are very nice people. Our hotel is beautiful. In the States, it would be a very expensive hotel. In the group there are 5 girls and 5 guys so we are a small group. We all watch out for one another and make sure that we are doing what we need to be doing. We have all bonded very well and I think that a lot of good friendships will be made from this trip. Ok, I have to go back to the hotel....I hope everyone is having a great summer filled with lots of fun....
