(no subject)
So an update.....its been awhile....I have regular two nights a week jamming and am going to go and play in a couple of hours. Finally paying gigs....they don't pay much but for the first time ever I see my name on a sign. Its pretty exciting stuff to tell the truth. Then I also picked up an additional job at the best campus bar in hawaii.....its called Magoo's and the have killer pizza. Missing home, friends and family alot latley. Most likely just because I have nobody out here.....just a few friends that I have only known for a short time. The girl I came out here to shack up with turned out to be a total psycho and I have to move out. Its been nothing but absoulte hell when shes around. I can't wait until things get going for me again. My dad told me I should just come home.....but I have two kickass jobs here (the kinda jobs that you only get if your lucky or know the right people)....and I regular gigs....I am meeting more and more people all the time too.
There are alot of fucked up people out here though....I guess no more than any other big city.
I wish I was working today.....I could really use to money.
I sit and wonder......If I did just pack it up and come home to michigan what would be there for me? no job thats for sure.....cold winters......good friends.....loving family......not sure what else.
I think I should wait it out for a bit first. Work hard and play harder. do the best I can and work for the life I dream about.
