What a silly, silly week.
I do believe I have gained a new sense of misfortune!
I woke up yesterday with a lovely tick engrained in my neck. Oh yes, very lovely. Ripped it out and am left with a beautiful vamp bite.
At work, Mike had me make fruit salads, and I sliced off part of my index finger! Just a bit, should heal with a scar.
And, I closed the front door on my heel and caught the skin on my ankle.
But those things are over and done with. In a week they will be long forgotten!
Tonight, I will be on a train to DC from midnight till 7 in the morning. I may be one of the few people who actually loves the idea of that. Do you realize how many people are on a train- just sitting there, ready to meet?! Or, even if you don't talk to them, you can people-watch. I have a journal of conversations I hear. People are interesting creatures! The idea of a normal person is a complete fallacy. Everyone has their surprises.
I will be gone till Sunday night. Don't think I'll have internet access at the hotel...so see yous all when I get back. :)
