Zomgggg
Today was quite possibly the most boring day of my life. I woke up at 6:30 to my father sassing about when I'm gonna start getting ready (I had to be at the courthouse at 7:30). I took a shower, got ready real quick, and arrived at the courthouse a few minutes early.
From there on, I was in this "jury pool", which was basically a waiting room. Huge groups of people would get called on at random occasionally to report to some other room. I got called on once. They wanted to transfer me to some other courthouse, but since I didn't have a method of transportation, I ended up staying. So yeah. 7:30AM-4:00PM. Most of the time was spent sitting and being COMPLETELY bored. I did absolutely nothing, except get up once in a while to stretch, read a little bit, and we had a lunch break. I ate a crappy tuna sandwich and drank a Pepsi. Before lunch, I actually took a small nap because I had only gotten three hours of sleep. :x
But yeah, that was my day. Practically 9 hours of just sitting, doing nothing.
