italy was unbelievable. i cant even bare to talk about it because it makes me depressed that we had to leave... but i know i will return... possibly even to live there for a few years... maybe during or after college?
rome felt like home to me. i just had a connection with that place.. it just felt right to be in italy... i cant describe it.
we saw the colosseum and the forum (the ruins) and the pantheon and the spanish steps and the vatican and pope john paul's grave and the sistine chapel and saint peters basilica and THE PIETA!!!! (jenna and my favorite statue)... that was in rome...
we took a day trip to naples and capri... capri was BEAUTIFUL...
after 5 days we met up with our family in tuscany at the villa...
it was 10 minutes outside of florence...
we saw the duomo and the statue of david and the paintings of the birth of venus and la primavera...
we took a trip out to pisa and saw AND CLIMBED!!!!!!!!!! the leaning tower! it was sooo surreal!
we visted alot of other cute little italian towns and it was great.
there was also a boy... :)
we took around 2300 pictures... and im not exaggerating... my dad was constantly with the camera.
so ill be posting a bunch of them here and there.
KEEP AN EYE OUT!
i was homesick for georgia now im homesick for italy...
i am incredibly dizzy from being on the airplane for 16 hours sensa time change, and roughly 24 hours con time change... (its 6 hours ahead over there)... so i am exhausted to the max...
ps- HARRY POTTER TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!! WEEEEEEEEE!
