Well I was not suspecting what transpired in the beginning but it was so nicely done. The little details are what make a story excellent in my book. ^___^

I'm curious to know what that darkness was too. I know it has to do something with that killer teaser you gave me... has me tingling in anticipation!

I think I didn't make it clear enough in the original drabble, but in my head the way they were all cuddled together on the couch, I saw them as just starting to get together.

What a delightful surprise to find them already lovers, and... ya know... what candacestls said! :D
Fifteen minutes later, the four of them were stuffed into a car with their bags, Glitch’s books and a large supply of coffee.
I loved this! And off they go down the old road in a car!

*grin* I know, I think it wasn't clear enough in the original drabble way back when that they were just starting to become lovers. They were all cuddled together on the couch and Cain was petting Glitch, Glitch was happily curled up on Cain's whole body.

They've got to have the coffee, ya know! While I was writing this, my brain kept repeating "we're off to see the Wizard" and I had to physically restrain myself from typing that. *reminds self that the Wizard is dead* There. Done. *giggles madly*
