Well, considering it's New York... there's a good chance it will snow.

No, I've never been here before now. LA's a lot different.

In the winter in my world, people like to get all religious and pray to Yevon back when they believed it was true. Us Al-Bhed never did that, obviously, so most of my winters were spent looking for machina parts in the ocean.

So you're from a place called L.A.? What was it like?

Sounds a lot like Christmas... Huh.

It's another city, like Manhattan, but it's on the West Coast-- and it's not nearly as cold there.

Christ...mas? Is that some sort of festival from your world, maybe?

It's a holiday. You know-- okay, well maybe you don't. But there's gifts, and lots and lots of Christmas music. And this guy named Santa Claus, who dresses in red and gives good kids presents!

And maybe not this world, but there's a Manhattan in mine.
