Its one of the hardest things you have to do in this life but it truly is for the best. To be honest with yourself, to be honest with others it takes more courage and strength than I have ever thought I could muster up. Today and for the last few weeks I've been able to do it. I've ended a pattern that has needed to be over for years. Today was the day. I today have gained a contentment that has been missing for a long while.I realize that I must love me most, not be ok with casual flings. Not that they dont have a time and place. However when a casual fling starts to fuck with your head and heart Its better to be honest with yourself, be honest with the other person and just decide that you cant do it.
