Oh man, I, too, am a burrower, and I have these exact same sort of prolonged mental angstings over how to maximize sleep-getting. This has been worsened recently by a move into a new apartment in which my second-floor bedroom window opens out directly onto a rooftop that is easily accessible by stairs, which turns on the crazy "can't open the window rooftop clowns will get me" part of my brain. And no central air here. I am seriously stressing these upcoming summer months.
