just got back from the gym and I feel fantastic!
I didn't get into the spinning class because there's only 7-8 bikes and they were all taken, so I did my own biking on the other type of bike..thing.
I did balance ball which was pilates with a balance ball. Yay. Core-building stuff, I like. Cept some of that stuff was hard.. my balance isn't so good. But it'll get better.
Then I did turbo kick. OMG, I loved it! It was kick boxing and wow, I feel so energized. I remember doing kickboxing after practices at the wac, good times. I always felt so good aftwerwards despite how hard the practices had been. This is the same :). The two girls who taught it are nice and fun. I think they are about my age or maybe older.
My legs are starting to look better.. it really takes nothing. And my arms are becomming more defined again. Now I just gotta work on these abs.
After Turbo kick, we did some great abs. Then we stretched. yay.
They are getting new classes, too. Salsa!
Now it's time to make more money... and then eat.
I really want to do something fun.. too bad the weather SUCKS!
