Honey, I'm home!

After sitting on my butt for 11 hours today, here I am, sitting on it some more. Hmmm, maybe I can stand and type.

Wow, life is one big, crazy, exciting, weird, whacked out, wild adventure! The things I'm learning and working through right now are the most exciting things I've gone through so far in my life, but at the same time, they're the most difficult and challenging. Isn't it great that every year- every day!- can be our freshman year, because of God's unfailing gracious forgiveness? Mmmm, He is SO GOOD to us!

Someone observed some things about me (good things, surprisingly!), and bothered to let me know. That was so encouraging. Just when you think you're so screwed that there's no hope left for you, something like that comes along. And it picks you up and tells you to keep on keepin' on. "She said he said live like no tomorrow/every moment brings us closer to a God who's never been short of cash/Hey Bono, I'm glad you asked/LIFE IS STILL WORTH LIVING, life is more that we are."

HOLY COW! I started I Kissed Dating Goodbye (for the first time) while we were in Virginia... I mean, WHOA! That is some crazy good stuff. I think I'm going to read it every few months until I'm married... hahaha! :-) Wow, that is an AWESOME awesome awesome book. Wow.

I've been wanting to get my ring fixed for a long time, and reading Josh's stuff big time gave me the incentive to hurry up and get it done. It'll be a great reminder for the off weeks when I'm not reading the book. Hahahah... ;-) I'm thinking about getting it engraved. One of the stories was about a girl who had "true love waits" engraved on her ring- I might do that, or purity or something of that nature.

Hmmm, ok, I'm rambling. I think I'm exhausted. G'night my friends!
