gosh Dell is a pain

ok...this is pissing me off....what do i do

I purchased my Dell . I got home and decided i wanted to upgrade the processor a little. I was told to call this number to do so and that i couldnt do it online. SO i call...and sit on hold for over an hour. I finally hung up cause i had to go. KEEP IN MIND THIS IS ALL ON MY CELL SO ITS GONNA COST ME AFTER A WHILE!!!

SO today i go and sit on hold for just over an hour. Finally i get to talk to someone. This moron takes nearly another hour to just alter one portion of my order. Then to top it off when he finally does it and sends me the reciept via email....its wrong and only has the webcam i ordered with it. The computer order wasnt on it. He tells me that i was over my available balance on my Dell account. Well u know why.....cause he didnt delete the original order for the computer. So i still have no recieved my order reciept and im getting pissed because the longer it takes the longer i have to wait for my new computer. This is utter BS and horrible customer service.

I emailed them on it and if they do not reply tomorrow with at least acknowledgement of the new correct order i am cancelling it and getting an IBM or GateWay

What would u guys do?
