true story.
It's 3:30 in the afternoon.I'm standing in my boyfriends work.
There are two customers along with my boyfriend and another girl
that works there.Three guys walk in with bandanas around their
faces and say,"Get on the ground!" We think it's a joke. Who comes
in the broad daylight and does this? My boyfriend says "Is this a
joke?" He repeats, "Get on the ground!" My boyfriend approaches
him thinking it is one of his friends and says, "Are you serious?"
The guy then punches my boyfriend in the face and begins to reach
in his backpocket.The customers try to walk out the door but a guy
tells them they can't go anywhere. The girl working with him sprints
to the back door to find help outside. The guy screams, "Get her!"
Then immediatly the alarm goes off from the backdoor opening and the
guys run out.
Meanwhile a lady is talking on her cellphone to her boss and sees
three guys sprinting out of a store with bandanas around their face.
She calls 911 and reports the crime. We run out and the guys a running
down the street. The lady drives after them while 3 workers across the
street notice and chase after the guys on foot. The police come and
they catch all 5 people [2 people in the getaway car]. We then have to
go identify them. These men were huge. Convicts. They didn't care about
a thing. They were all taken into the detective's office for further
questioning.
The police are keeping all five men in custody until our court date.
It is believed they found many weapons on the men and findings in
their car. They will (hopefully) be charged with armed robbery and
assault. Thank you God for watching over us and keeping us safe.
