It's NOT the end of the world as we know it...
...And yet I'm still doing fine!
Okay yeah that was lame.
This new computer is AWESOME. SO much faster than the old one. Way more space. Brighter backlight even! Delicious. *noms*
Progress on the costume is coming along...interestingly. I forgot how much work sewing is. Especially pattern cutting and all that. We keep running out of material and having to dash off to Wal-Mart to buy more...thankfully that's just across the block. Also we're having a hard time finding good material for the robe, nothing's really heavy enough (and if it is, it's not the right color). We're thinking of hitting L.A.'s Fashion District sometime to see if we can find anything good (and hopefully not end up going on a shopping spree of biblical proportions).
I've been so busy this weekend--not really with anything in particular, just a bunch of little things that all add up to me barely getting any work done on KotOR: Origins.
Also I went crazy yesterday and took a bunch of my own art and cropped/rescaled it for use as character portraits when I RP. Because I loathe using generic anime art found from a Google search. We'll see how well that goes, I guess.
