Greece was phenomenal-- No if's and's or but's. Just completely and utterly fantastic. I can't even begin to explain how moving it was just to be out there...the whole experience...the people, how much we made friends by the end, the sheer, raw beauty out there. It was just remarkable. And I wish I could be more eloquent in explaining how unbelievable it was...but I can't--there are just no words that work that well. Even pictures fall short of giving anyone a full true picture of what it was like there...
I will say that the two biggest highlights in my opinion were:
1-Avery falling backwards into the kiddy pool--fully clothed
and
2- Mr Crouch trying to immitate the belly dancer at the taverna.
and people are wonderful...going on a trip like that allows me to feel like maybe, just maybe the world is better off than we thought since it has people like this in it.
It's gonna suck having to go back to school and treat all the teachers like teachers again...maybe I'll just give up the whole teacher thing and treat them all like friends still... :-)
