First of all I know ive never held a job in my life (so far) :-P but atleast I know I wont be crying if one day I held one and lose it cause I still will have many options to what I can do to move on. Yes I travel alot and lived in so many places I guess im fortunate but I dont look at those people who lives in those states that banned gay marriage as unfortunate, they are not imprisoned in those states they can always find a way to leave if they chose to. Besides like I said when liberals takes over the state they can always vote and change their laws ( ... )

If you lose your job, how exactly can you afford to go back to school? Is Bush really going to pay for everyone who loses their jobs to get an education?

And not everyone can just get up and leave. I sure as hell can't. I'm fortunate enough to have free rent with my parents, but I pay for every other aspect of my life: food, clothes, saving for school and a car, etc. I can't afford to just 'move' somewhere. Not everyone (in fact, most people don't) have the option of just doing something else when things don't work out as planned. They have to start back at the beginning with nothing, just like I did in January. You're an extremely fortunate person, Rustin. I wish I had the ability to travel everywhere and not have to hold a job while doing it.

welfare dead? Then whats with all these mexicans here in AZ I see in the grocery store buying foods using their foodstamps and oh ya they actually use a card now instead of those paper foodstamps btw. and whats with the unemployed people receaving unemployment checks that they collect a month or every two weeks? Dead? I dont think so. I swear you guys love to spin things around and will dig every piece of dirt you find just to prove something and just end up being ridiculous facts. All the anti-Bush gay guys should go to The O'reilly show and try to argue their opinion there so that you can no longer spin things and I bet it'll be cool to see if you'll still have words left to argue about.

PS. dont get mad at Rustin :-P

i love u kidd, i was torn untill i got to the polls. Im proud that ur gay and able to vote for something more important than your self. Youve consitered your fellow americans and voted what was better for your country. Your selfless, thats a good quality.

wow. Can you suck his dick any harder, please. You obviously did not "consiter" proper spelling before you posted this comment. Any gay american that voted for bush is a disappointment in my eyes, i'm glad you have turned your back on your friends, and supported a president who champions to condem your way of life. And to Rustin: you know I love you but your facts are extremely distorted, and your opinions could not be more skewed. Unfortunately , everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and i won't deny you of yours, however unimpressive it may be.

LOL dork! be nice now Sky you know white guys cant spell just like with your "condem" :-P

Anyhow distorted facts? they are reality mr. and my opinion simply is practical I just tend to be open minded with these kind of stuff unlike others. Im just sick and tired of all the typical gay guys arguing their way in, and will practically do anything to get attention just like that fat gay guy Michael Moore. Blah! So much for his effort making that ridiculous movie against Bush. Bitterness wont do you guys any good you know. We should all just move on winner or losers.

lots of love for you Sky from me ;-)

Yes, well Rustin, I can't disagree or agree with anything you've said, Except for the mexican part, in which I totally agree with that. People are in my eyes are just too overdramatic. If having a president for four years is SO TERRIBLE, that you can't live your life, then I suggest either, A: Getting counseling to deal with your... uhm, problems in dealing with life or, B: Do that, and leave the country so the rest of us don't have to hear the same political propaganda every day.

I swear, people are just too overdramatic these days. Just relax, who wins wins, the world isn't going to end.

No one is being over dramatic. Rustin was the one being dramatic in the first place with the crazy ass rant. I have whole heartingly decided to move on, but it won't be easy. Like I said, so much to look forward to in 2008 on both sides of the playing field… Personally I look forward to a Clinton Obama ticket. :) .. We'll just have to see.

And I do agree with the welfare this. I just wish we didn't support so many illegal aliens when we have people who go through the process the right way waiting years for a green card. :( ... one of my best friends is still waiting and she is from Switzerland.

And one more point... it's funny to me that the states most affected by issues like terrorism and gay rights were totally against bush...the decision was made by all the uninformed people who aren't even near the issues...like New York voted 80% democratic...they're the ones who had to deal with 9/11 and the aftermath, they obviously know things aren't being handled correctly.

Maybe that last reply was a bit rude. Just kind of upset when someone does something... rather ignorant, such as your four replies with political propaganda in them. That was pretty much the point of my post, and then you reply and add more propaganda...

Um, less than intelligent?

I'm sorry, maybe I should inform you what propaganda actually means if you don't consider your reply to be propaganda...

From Encyclopedia Britannica:

"Main Entry: pro?pa?gan?da
Pronunciation: "pr䭰&-'gan-d&, "prO-
Function: noun
Etymology: New Latin, from Congregatio de propaganda fide Congregation for propagating the faith, organization established by Pope Gregory XV died 1623
Date: 1718
1 capitalized : a congregation of the Roman curia having jurisdiction over missionary territories and related institutions
2 : the spreading of ideas, information, or rumor for the purpose of helping or injuring an institution, a cause, or a person
3 : ideas, facts, or allegations spread deliberately to further one's cause or to damage an opposing cause; also : a public action having such an effect"

I hope you just learned the proper usage of a word... Glad to be educating once again.

I know what the meaning is. I am a journalism major. Rustin started this whole entry out with propaganda, and all I was doing was filling in the gaps where he was mistaken. Nothing I said could be considered libel therefore the propaganda I am "spreading" isn't a bad thing. I guess we are both educating. Thanks xdisturbed18x.

I am curious to know what your real opinion to Rustin’s post is. If you don’t want to post propaganda on this heavily visited and influential LJ page (jk), then email me it to justmac@gmail.com . I am curious.
