Valentine's Day!
OMG! It was great! Simple, but wonderful. More than any guy has EVER done for me on V-day!!!!!
Okay so the day started off with us not knowing if he would be able to make it down here since the winter storm and all. But he did! hehe. I had to watch Selena in the morning till about 2:30 but Shaun was over through most of the time she was here (he left about 8am and got here around 10:30 cause he also stopped at Mejiers).
He ended up buying me a white rose with a teddy bear around the vase (said he wanted to get me a dozen but one was plenty for me and he also was going to put a ballon on the vase too but like I said to him, I didn't expect it anyways...he already did more than I thought he would!) Around 1 or so I told him to go lay in my bed to get some sleep since he didn't have much. After Selena left, he got up and finished shoveling snow around my car and where my mom parks since the plow came and we didn't hear it. We then went to Hutch's and got food, pop and such. He even bought my mom more pop! HE made his spagetti for dinner for everyone! IT WAS SOOOOOOO GOOD! lol He definately got MAJOR brownie points yesterday with my mom! lol.
He was going to do it with candle light (eating) but i didn't know about that until later otherwise i would have gotten candles out but he also said one reason he didn't is cause my mom and lil bro ate with us. I told him if he wanted to that night we could watch movies with candles lite
Anyways, so yea we watched "Man of the Year" with my mom until she went to bed a lil after 10pm and then him and I watched a couple more movies and talked a bit. He ended up leaving around 3:30am.
But believe me, it was the BEST Valentine's Day I have EVER had and I feel spoiled by him! lol. I was just expecting to spend the day together and stuff.
