A BIg Step !!
Yesterday ..Had a talk with carol requesting to a switch of boss .. Due to some comm n other individual personality clash issues ... I think this move is the best solution .. I totally know the upcoming ugly situation but then for my own good I think it's needed .
Today .... BEng n kef came talking to me to ease the whole situation ... No help .. I'm stubborn n insist on my stand ..,
Had Tim sum lunch with Edwin , Lionel n ernest ... Coffee after that ... The usual bitching around with no heart feelings ..
Before I left office .. Saw carol in Keith's office .. Hope she can assist to guide him off his poor leadership n management skills ..
All prepared for the move over n looking forward to the new system in place for us ...
