I'm back!

i came back from the most amazing trip ever 2 weeks ago exactly. a trip that made me understand the country my family comes from, understand the importance of and happiness within the family, and experience the vibrations of being where many holy people have been. It was India. and as my new friend says, 'India is Great.'

But 1st: what I learned last night.
I really need to work on eliminating the duality within me. I argue with myself and really think too much in stead of trusting myself to experience and soak it all in. I will need to allow myself to experience every moment instead of just analyzing and commenting on every moment, every feeling. - to comment, then to write, and worry i will forget. this is how this age (the kali yung) age seems to be. but i wish i could trust my memory to take everything that needs to be remembered, whether that be an experience, a lesson, or to buy a new phone for my brother.
- So, i will have to figure out how to experience and increase my remembering capacity. and i think i should start feeling things more...like the breeze, the crackling of leaves..instead of visualizing what things are doing to me. I need to work on experiencing in order to calm, lessen, and let go of the duality within me.
