So along with dieting, healthy eating and jogging and all that, I found a little dreary but very useful information that certainly will contribute to the weight loss which for me, seems to last forever : ) plz look at the very nice red pictures below.

In other words, at least every 4 hours I have to move; use the stairs everywhere; and place everything at home/work out of reach so that I'll have to stand up more often (the phone for example). Hmm, makes you think, right???

Another very important point that I learned from my friend Fran, that you have to build muscles, in other words, do what guys are doing in the gym hehe. I thought i didnt need the big muscles, since i m not a petit girl, but apparently I have to have extra muscles (or to be correct "grow" muscles) to burn my fat permanently. Boy, there's no avoiding the exercises : (((
