Dear SAS,

Rescheduling my departure to Geneva from a 9pm to a 5pm flight due to lack of aircraft is, if not fine, acceptable in light of recent Dash-8 crashes and all.

That I can't make it for a 5pm departure is just unfortunate.

However, telling me that I can't get a refund when I cancel my trip since I have a tourist class ticket is just amazingly bad service. You cancelled my flight and you won't give me my money back? Hello?
