Just to prove that the European Commission are the only ones who can come up with stupid rules: No reincarnating unless I say you can[1].
Now I'm waiting for local lawmakers to make it illegal to die of you havn't paid your taxes.
[1] And yes, this is actually not stupid, but rather yet another attempt by the Chinese to get rid of Dalai Lama and all claims of Tibetan independence. It's just the way it's done. It takes the mindset of an entrenched dictatorship to come up with the idea of regulating reincarnation.
