Yeah, I suck. It's been forever since I've updated but my heart just hasn't been in it lately. With all of the hustle and bustle of lectures, exams, essays, and chasing a toddler around the house, Lord knows I just have NOT had the time.
I was all geeked about going to my lit class today because Pat McEnulty, former heroin addict and author of Sweetfire was supposed to be speaking to us today but her damned car broke down! So now we're going to try to work her into our syllabus for a later date and hope the school decided to chip in some money and get her here soon.
On another note, my sweet baby girl is going to be ONE next Friday. Someone please tell me where the time went?! We'll be flying up to Michigan that Friday and having her party on Saturday. I'm sure I'll be an emotional wreck. No more baby for me.
