After three nights without pillows on my bed, a friend of mine who lives in Harlem graciously offered me two of his own, provided I could come pick them up. Youre updating so much. I love it!

So you know how Ive killed some squirrels this past winter? Two. Well...My rule of life is...however many fuzzy friends I murder, I make up for it in the summer by saving turtles. I met my quota two days ago, and saved a box turtle today, WHICH im going to credit directly to you for the little car radio mishap. Im not sure if a turtle can cancel out a radio, but surely with your hobo contribution, and my turtle endeavors, we've helped the balance of life regain stability.

I'll be Manhattan on Wednesday, making a business call at Duane Reade corporate headquarters actually, so if I see some cute skinny Midwestern white boy wandering around looking lost and in a mood to aid and abet criminal activity, I'll say hello.

you work for them?! man. the man. i recently developed a roll of film there, and i asked for matte finishing. "what's that?" "it's a type of finishing. it's non-glossy." "how do you spell that?" "M-A-T-T-E." "i'll see what i can do." duane reade gave me my pictures in glossy, and they look awful.

not that i blame you or anything. ;-)

I don't work for them. I am making a sales call on them tomorrow on behalf of my company. But thanks for not blaming me anyway. First time that I haven't been blamed for something in a while. :-)

tell bill i think hes a moron doofbag who probably had to pay for tail, which is why he is venting his low self-esteem on harmless and well-meaning students.

that's such a compliment! there really has been a lack of lj goodness lately, hasn't there?
