Good Weekend
Paul's mom called me Saturday to tell me that it had been decided that we were all having Thanksgiving at our house on Sunday before we left for Arizona. So, Paul and I spend all day Saturday trying to get the house organized enough to entertain. Paul's mom, dad, sister, her husband and their four kids came over yesterday and we had a pretty good early Thanksgiving. After we ate the girls all wondered up the street to a brand new development they are building in our neighborhood. We got to explore some pretty sweet half-million dollar homes.
We went to Target and bought a ton of Christmas decorations. Man, Target has some really nice Christmas stuff. I'm excited to do the tree this year. We are going to go when we get back from Arizona and cut a tree down at the tree farm. Paul wants to put icicle lights all over the house which is totally a project he'll be doing on his own because it is so freaking cold here. Oh, and I haven't seen the sun in like, a month. I totally understand the need for coffee here, I've become completely dependant.
