For whatever inane reason, I was laying in bed this morning for an hour or so, not really asleep, but definitely not completely awake. I was just thinking about random things, such as the fact that it really annoys me when people are uncomfortable and don't say anything. I mean, I just really want everyone around me to be perfectly comfortable with the people they're with, and if they're not, it makes me feel pretty horribly, even if it's not within my control. I found this to be really odd; I'm not too sensitive a person generally, and while I'm not inconsiderate or anything, this just doesn't seem like something I'd care about.
Just to continue on the Random Thread, LJ users can be really cruel, much more so than one would normally expect to find. I understand the idea that on the internet, we say things we would never say in real life, but sitting and bitching someone out for having an opinion that differs from your own is a little extreme, don't you think?
(And has anyone else heard about that ban on underweight models that went into effect in Madrid? Wonder how long that will last... :/)
