Borders NEEDS you. The question is whether you need them. Who are the magazines and editors in your area? You should be pitching. You have stories inside you.

Never a problem with a story as excellent as yours, m'dear.
And because I have absolutely no professional background in anything pertaining to editing, we'll just have to see how it goes. I'm hoping to get the job based on my customer service experience.

Do you prefer sales? I think it's a great career and most of the reps I know make a fine living on their commissions. I ask because I wondered if you prefered writing...Curiosity about who you are and where your hopes lie.

Well, I actually am somewhat interested into going into Law. I know, it's out in left field, but I have a very large interest in money, and English just isn't going to get that for me. When I was younger, I considered veterinary science as well, but you know how those dreams die, haha.

Not out in left field at all. I hear you loud and clear. Need lots of money fast because law school is very expensive. Borders pays that much?

Probabaly not. I have some time before I'll need the money, though, and at the moment my main desire is having an enjoyable job from which I can continue to save.
