I forgot to mention that yesterday we went to Wonder's Pub for lunch, part of my Mother's Day weekend. Yummy burgers.
I really liked Capote. A lot. Well deserving of the awards and acclaim.
This morning, I got french toast and coffee. Then I read the paper and now am watching Thumbsucker. It is a pretty good movie, starts out better than it ends. It loses steam along the way.
I did get books for Mother's day, I knew I would. Best gift in the owrld for me. I got Anne Tyler's Digging to America, Twenty Something Twenty Everything, from the self help section. It tells of the time between ages 25-35 and how lost we can feel at this age. I also got a new Rachael Ray cookbook, which I haven't devoured yet. I will have to do that now, go through, mark pages and make a 2 page grocery list. Recipe books always get me into trouble.
