The wifelet and I went to see Where the Wild Things Are last night. Overall, it was good, but I wasn't as impressed as I thought I was going to be...
There were only 2 other people in the theatre besides us, and we were all doing a bit of MST3K with it.
When Max came home and the mom was all worried-looking and shit, I couldn't help but yell at the screen "You're the reason mommy drinks!" The other couple fell over in hysterics.
Being at a movie theater late on a Thursday night in a town that does not have much of a nightlife is an interesting experience. The movie let out at about 10:45, and the theatre was like a ghost town. It was simultaneously a little creepy and a little cool.
Today I really need to get off my ass and do some chores....
