Mamoru is one of those people who has it tough because Minako is one of his girlfriend's bffs (and just.. his girlfriend's bffs in general). Not to mention that Minako's the most love-obsessed out of all of them, so he can practically count on the fact that Minako will be occasionally stalking observing dates. For the greater good. But Mamoru is someone realiable and mature and Minako knows this, so she usually doesn't have to think twice about trusting him. Mamoru knows how to keep a calm head in bad situations (unless he is the one being brainwashed) and that's why she knows it's good to have him around.
... He might or might not secretly be a pervert. She will be researching this.
☾ Hino Rei

What's there to say? Of course Rei is her friend, her fellow senshi and they've been friends for so long by now that it's practically natural. As much as Rei tends to be a partypooper (Who needs rational thought people. Not Minako, no siree.), in the end they even manage to not argue as much as Rei and Usagi do and they're still good friends. Not to mention that they both share the same passion for the things they truly care about, it just.. manifests a bit louder in Minako's case. Minako knows that when it comes down on it (with senshi business, but with regular things too), she can definitely depend on the other girl and will do anything to help her.
☾ Kino Makoto

"Eheh. You get used to it after a while."
Makoto is most likely one of the few mature persons Minako can be around without often being at odds with about her irresponsble and spazz actions. If not just for that reason Minako likes being around Makoto (not to mention the extras like getting amazing food). Makoto's a really good friend and someone she has shared a lot with (why did these two always end up having to share an episode while Rei and Ami got their own, seriously) and both of them understand the other's previous love life the best, even though they've argued about it before precisely because of this fact.
☾ Mizuno Ami

"Minako-chan, that's not how the proverb goes!"
Ami is most likely the person who has to suffer the most from Minako's spazzing, clumsiness and general refusal to do any sort of learning or school work. Ami's smart and mature and Minako knows this and does admire the other girl for it. They might be polar opposites on many subjects (love letter fear vs love letter longing, top student vs constant slacker etc.), but they still always get along. Ami is incredibly kind (if not a little bit scary once she gets all worked up about knowledge or studying) and Minako couldn't wish for a better smart friend to mooch off.
☾ Tomoe Hotaru

"Minako-san is a very bright star."
Even though they met for the first time in Adstringendum, Minako has already taken a liking to the girl. She hasn't interacted as much as Hotaru as she has with the other girls (since the other girls already had two seasons' worth of interaction with her back home, obviously) but Hotaru's still a good friend. Minako thinks the little girl is mature, to a point where she sometimes even starts wondering who the little child of out them both is. But Hotaru is also kind and she complimented Minako's singing, which pretty much guarantees getting adoration from Minako in return.
☾ Tsukino Usagi

"As long as it's together, right?"
Her twin. Her partner in crime. Her bff. Her fellow clutz. Her biggest fan. Her princess. What role doesn't Usagi fit next to Minako? By now it's nearly a rule that whenever one of them is spazzing out or being a total clutz or causing mayhem in general the other often isn't too far away. Minako has the most fun she could have with Usagi, not to mention Usagi's someone who can understand Minako easily without constantly facepalming. Usagi is incredibly precious to her and Minako would do anything for her, even fighting or dying like she has done before if there would be no other way.

They haven't interacted much yet, but at first Minako seemed to find him relatively normal-- until he turned out to be (from her point of view) one of the evil perverts in Adstringendum. Gaining the pervert status immediately makes the balance tip to the 'dislike' side. It isn't any strong dislike though; just a notion that she's watching you. Pervert.

We're talking about Minako here, so the first thing we'll definitely have to mention is that Hawke is cute. Maybe it's the fact that the first thing that ever popped up on her communicator when she first arrived was a half-naked guy, but Minako has already fangirled about him before. It's now just more of a quiet sort of fangirling. Yes, Minako is capable of that, shut up people. Aside from the eyecandy, Hawke is useful for information and seems to appreciate love in general, something that ranks high from Minako's point of view.

Rachel likes to sing. Minako likes to sing. INSTANT BONDING THERE CLEARLY, THE WORLD HAS NEVER SEEN THE LIKE OF WHICH BEFORE. But seriously, Minako loves having someone around who's just as interested in singing as her and has the same dream and passion for it. Even though she may not immediately admit it she obediently listens to Rachel because she knows the girl is at least somewhat better than her, not to mention that her tips are good. Inwardly she's just going to blame it on training and work harder for it.
Suzumiya Haruhi

"I really like your attitude!"
Haruhi is someone who can keep up with Minako's level of energy most of the time, something not many people are able to accomplish. Plus, it's fun to talk to her! Minako only recently joined the SOS Brigade, but Haruhi seems like a person Minako could accept as a leader. Plus, someone who also loves having fun and partying, how could this ever go wrong? (Prediction: Major mayhem and chaos for adstringendum.)
