Summer is treating me pretty damn good.
Yesterday me and Ari had tons of bonding time. We went for a walk on the trail because I'm lazy and didn't want to pump up my bike tires. Then we sat around her house and.... talked. About everything, just like old times. After that I went to our Court of Awards, and it was pretty cool because we didn't really do anything. I had a lot of fun with Merissa and Gabrielle, who is going to hang out with me this summer. I got a blue bag instead of a silver one. :( Oh well. Everybody drew on each other with Sharpies. So then I went home and played Diablo II with Ari. HOLY CRAP I miss that game. Then I talked to a bunch of people on AIM, like really talked to them. Including MISSY! I miss her, lol.
So this morning I got up super early to go running, and as I was walking out the door my dad told me that the Oasis burned down. I loved that place! That seems really weird. Like... I don't know. That bugged me for a while lol. Then I worked out and took a shower and curled my hair, and went to the Round Rock Public Library for the orientation. Uhg. I work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:15 - 1:45. Tomorrow is the first day of the Summer Reading Program, so it's going to be mayhem. Awesome. I have actual shifts this year, instead of just subbing for people, so I have to be with the same people all the time. I don't know what that's going to be like. But uh, it's a library, and there weren't that many cool-looking people there today. Whatever, I need more friends.
After that I went home and changed and went to go pick up Tarek, and we went to Merissa's house. We hung out with her and Alex for a while, and I ate WAFFLES! Then we went swimming with Steffy and Kyle, and then went to Sinkhole park. Fun stuff.
Then we ate more and played pool, and later went home.
