Whazel Whosa WHAT!?
so...not much in my life to update about, lil brother got me sick, got Jen sick, got my mom sick, fantastic ey? looks like it hit Jen harder than me as well. anyhoo, seems like im moving AGAIN. for those of you who know, my mom kinda does house flipping as a side job, she buys house, fixes it up, sells it for more, makes profit. well as of late, she sold all her houses and dumped it all unto one last hurrah of a house. its grand-tastic. i originally thot it was worth like 800k or so, but i was sadly wrong. anyhoo, yea, she told me she's not gunna sell the house after all, but instead we're moving into it as soon as its finished, which could be 3 months or less. so yea, its pretty cool, i finally get a room bigger than a walk in closet haha. oh yea, about the house being 800k being sadly wrong, it turns out, the house is worth 1.3 mil. go mom. yea, i culdnt speak for 5 mins after she told me, i stood there starring ahead in shock. good times.
