confused

been kinda on a diet, erhm, i dunno if ud call it that, just eating better now? better habits? only drink water or juice now (not from concentrate). make sure i eat breakfast, like a protein bar or two hard boiled eggs (but i try to eat the bar better cuz the eggs still arent that healthy). and eat a salad for lunch and watever we have at home that isnt 1 million calories when i get home from work. SUPPOSEDLY from just eating right and swimming once in a while. ive lost around 12-14lbs in the past two weeks. and i barely started 2 weeks ago. i dont see a difference, other than energy, heh, i think the scale is messed up. ::shrug:: "as long as you feel better" ey? thats all. oh yea, i hate being by myself at lakewood station :'(
