Sometimes in requests I see ICs referring to jitemid, and I feel that I should know this. As far as I understood from ICs jitemid is a number that's sequential for each entry, so that if you know jitemids of two entries you can tell how far apart they were posted.

Can I find out the jitemids to help with troubleshooting in certain situations or is that just for web supporthelps or something? If I can, how?
