3 things

1. OK, I thought that Levi's commercial where the guy pulls up his jeans *and* the whole ground floor and the cute girl in the phone booth? Was kind of lame. But then then they started showing the "gay" version, where the person in the phone booth is another man! And suddenly, I like it much better. Huh. Good on them! Also, who uses phone booths anymore? Um, besides Superman?

2. Speaking of commercials... Seattle-based Pemco Insurance is running these "We're A Lot Like You: Northwest Profiles" radio and TV ads, which, as Pacific Northwesterner, I find very, very funny. People *not* from here might not understand, but really, I think everyone should find "Super-long coffee orderer" and "Obessive-compulsive recycler" extremely hilarious. So make mine a triple-grande vente americano chai vanilla mint mochacino cappuccino caramel machiato. Half-calf, half decaf, one equal, one sweet-n-low, one raw sugar. Skinny, organic, extra-virgin olive oil, soy breve, with no foam, extra whip, extra hot...and leave off the top so I can put on my own sprinkles.

(I also love "Green Lake Power Walkers" because that's me and my workout buddy, S, in the summer, heh).

3.
kalquessa's Supernatural generic episode parody is hilariously accurate. And hilarious!
