So, my 'rents took it upon themselves to set me up with a job interview, I only just now got off the phone with them. First phone call I've received in this place and it's...goddamn troublesome. I'm sure they wasted a lot of long distance time on me.
Basically, aside from keeping deer and my ma's rescue and rehab work with them, my old man mixes drugs to cart off to a business in the city, something I don't fully grip as I've never wrapped my mind around it. Deer antler has high medicinal quality and he collects what is shed for the work. In any case, he has many contacts and pulled in some favors and I'm left with no choice but to at least give it a shot.
Honestly it's a good opportunity, especially since rent's coming up. Good pay, too. Mostly it's bothersome computer work, data entry, filing, collating...still, it's not really entry-level work.
It'll require me to travel further into the city and get together business clothes.
More harping on about getting back into college. Also, a cousin got married off and they want me to
come home sometime in May, and as much as I miss the country there are things here I'd rather not leave behind.
All in all the entire ordeal makes me want to go to sleep and pretend it never happened.
