so guess who finally bought final fantasy xiii?
started playing it last night and for the first two hours or so it was a lot of 'I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON BUT DAMN THIS IS PRETTY'
the point i'm at is after they become l'cie, and the lake turned to crystal and they left snow and are in that... big building thing. i think. i was up way too late last night playing this.
lightning and snow = the DUMBEST names ever ahahahaha okay now that ive got that out of the way
vanille looks like an anime version of my little sister and it trips me the hell out. iiiii really can't decide if she's adorable or annoying. also: how old are the kids supposed to be? cause goddamn that tattoo is way too high up on her thigh for her to just be pulling up her skirt like that >( -DISAPPROVAL-
likewise, i can't decide if snow is a giant goofball that i want to hug, or a giant goddamn tool. ONLY TIME WILL TELL

the battle system seems a bit needlessly complicated, but i think im getting the hang of it. it'll probably grow on me--the same thing happened with xii
