SECOND RUN-OFF BALLOT IS NOW OPEN CLOSED!

The first run-off ballot didn't quite accomplish the goal of narrowing the field to five or six contenders. We got three or four in several cases, but it wasn't clear beyond that. Therefore, we're gonna do this again, for ONE DAY ONLY. The second run-off ballot will close on Sunday, July 4th, 2010 at 6 PM EDT, and the final ballot will (no matter what!) be posted later that day.
Also, please read and follow all instructions on the ballot. You MUST provide a username and domain (i.e., fanfiction.net, LiveJournal, The Big Apricot, EyesSkyward) for your ballot to be counted! This ensures that the vote is fair.
There are several fans who don't sign up for accounts, but read a lot of fic and provide reviews. Anonymous users of LiveJournal and fanfiction.net may use the name with which they sign their reviews and the site on which they review or comment. As long as we know who you are and that your vote is valid, everyone will be happy.
