This was pimped by hils, and I figured I'd link to it too (yes, my f-o list is fairly small... but I'm sure at least a couple of you should be interested).  Personally, I love these things.  It's one of the easiest ways to meet new people on LJ, and filling out those questionnaires is hella fun.
