insight for the day:
every morning i wake up and look through the clothes in my closet. i am faced with a choice of images. i know if will be seen differently for the whole day depending on what i put on; i will appear as a particular kind of woman with one particular identity which excludes others.
i wish i could just put them all on together, or appear simultaneously in every possible outfit, just to say, Fuck you, for thinking any one of these is me.
