Summer Mini Bang?

So, from the poll I have gathered that most people want a mini bang too, and that the main round of this big bang should run between November and April, but the question is if we want a smaller mini bang round over the summer while we wait to dive into the large round. The large round is going to be both mini and big bang and start 1st November and start post in May, while the mini bang would start in July and post in October, finishing before the big round starts. Would people be interested, or should we wait until November?
