crazy itinerary. fly into LGA at 11 am, pick up car, drive 2 hours to upstate ny, attend wedding at 4pm, have drinks and dinner, go to bed. wake up next day at 7 am to drive another 2 hours back to LGA, flight at 1:30, get on plane, get back to chicago. i am nervous that i will get horrifically lost and wind up in vermont, or new jersey, or

ha. i eat alot of salad for lunch instead of pizza! i walk more than the average american also i think (3 miles a day?) just getting to/from the train. most americans are gross and would DRIVE to the train station.

have you read the okinawan program? it's a great book. it's abou the centurians in okinawa and how they have the most per square mile in the world. these doctors started to asky WHY was this and came up with 4 bullet points of why (diet, excercise, stress management, lots of tea).

wow, that sounds a lot like my quickie trip to san luis obispo, CA for my friend's wedding...that got rerouted and delayed so that i just made it to the reception in time to hear them announce the new mr & mrs. at least i got my english breakfast tea latte at coffee bean. :D
