Do you mean, like, as a background, or as in the HTML to put them into a journal entry?

If it's the HTML to put them into a journal entry, you go like this (but take out the spaces at the beginning and end between the "<" and the ">"):

< img src="your image location goes here" >< /img >

If it's the other one, they tell you about it on the FAQ.
