More flat stuff
So I just negotiated our rent down $150 (and am still kind of shaking. Money talks and I are not good friends.) Which is definitely helpful in terms of finding someone. BUT there's a girl who wants to move into 2N who is looking for two roommates and the landlord has said they refuse to approve me for downstairs. So I'm trying to persuaade her she wants to move up here, but for the same money why on earth would she want to??
